The apostille stamp confirms the signature, seal, or stamp on a document to be genuine so that it will be accepted when presented in another country outside of the Cayman Islands.
Which service do you need?
When a document is required in an official capacity by an authority or organization, apostille legalization is often requested before the document will be accepted.
If you travel overseas, you might need to keep the translated version of key documents handy. Legal certificates, including birth and death certificates, academic records and many more, are mostly written in English. However, there are some countries where the authorities might request their certified translated version for their records. To avoid any last-minute inconvenience, it is important to also find out which documents the overseas authority is expecting to be legalized.
In most cases, the overseas authorities might request the apostille stamp on both the English and the translated versions of the documents, while others might need it only on the translation.

Documents with no public signature or recognized stamp will need our Notary Public signature and seal and Apostille service. We can certify the original document or make you a copy and certify the copy.

If you request the Notarization and Apostille Express Service, then the document can be delivered within 24 hours.
